What Customers Say About Epson Stylus Photo RX620 All-in-One:

I found my Epson Stylus Photo 620 printer at a good price,as descibed and arrived in a timely manner.Thanks.

Not worth the money for something that only works when it wants too. Not to mention that it no longer likes to print any documents from any application like photoshop or illustrator and the card reader randomly shuts off causing any memory cards in there to give off improper device removal errors. This machine is the most frustrating piece of equipment Ive ever owned. Ive had it for over a year and the thing just randomly doesn't like to feed paper or scan despite doing it a moment before.

I was able to make copies for family and friends, and have also used it constantly for baby photos. I hate to loose this machine but will probably be cheaper buying a new one than fixing this one. I bought this printer after I got married so I could print out wedding photos my photographer gave me on CD. I love this printer and after 3 years plus of heavy use, it pooped out on me and am now in the search for a replacement machine. I'm sad to part with it but satisfied with the three great years of service. Instantly fell in love with this printer. The quality of the photos it printed out where just as good if not better than the ones I got from our photographer.

I don't even use it that frequently. This printer has never worked correctly from the time of purchase. The roller will only roll the paper in one inch, start to print and then gives a paperjam error.I am SO disappointed that I will NEVER buy another Epson product. Now, the it will not feed paper. I bought it in 2005 and have had nothing but continuous issues. The print nozzles get stuck all of the time - I have had problems where I have cleaned the nozzles replaced the ink and it will go through the motions of printing, but then the paper comes out with no ink.

If this is an across-the-board feature of the Epson line, I may look elsewhere for my next printer/copier/scanner. You cannot print or copy or scan AT ALL if any of the colors is out, even if you are not using them. This is an annoyance, and an expense in cases where you might just want to use the device as a text printer or even just a scanner (which doesn't technically require any ink at all) for a while. I bought this in late 2007 to replace a scanner (Epson Perfection 3170) and an earlier photo printer (Epson Stylus Photo R200) and gain a copier while reducing the amount of wiring and items on my desk. My father's HP all-in-one does not have this problem. That is: If you are out of, say, magenta ink, or cyan, or any of the other five colors but still have plenty of black, you cannot print. I was happy to learn that it uses the same six printer cartridges as the R200, which is good because I had a few extra, but disappointed that it perpetuates the same insipid glitch. Even if all you want to do is print out a simple text document on plain paper in blank ink, you cannot print.
